Julia leads with rare instinct — blending global experience in tech and brand to craft strategies that cut through noise and drive cultural impact. Before creating WOLFE, Julia built an international career across Australia, the UK and the USA before returning to Aotearoa to champion Pacific representation in tech. Today, she serves on several national boards shaping the future of digital governance, innovation and social impact.
